Just saw this, so shaing it.
I haven't personally tried it, so can't say how good it is.
I will shortly.

It was a bit difficult for me to install anyway.
Your mileage might vary.
In the latest Firefox once I pressed the Alt-A it didn’t really work, so I had to carefully shift tab up. After that enter seems to work on the allow, otherwise you’ll be on not now.
Once I heard the install message, I had to use Alt-I. Otherwise it doesn’t install and gets lost.
It took me a few tries to figure it out.
It shows up in the toolbar section when you are trying.
Good luck.
After it is installed, it helps you get setup.

I forgot. It claims to work on Mac's as well in the Firefox browser.

I've tried it, and it does seem to hide all those Twitter and Facebook frames that clutter up many news sites. I haven't tried it on Youtube yet to see what it's improved. However, there are several other ways that you can get rid of those frames, so that alone isn't exactly a selling point. Still, I've heard that it makes Whats App for the PC accessible, where it wasn't at all previously, and that could be a really strong incentive for some. I don't personally have a smartphone, so I can't sign up, although I'd like to. A lot of people I know use that service. I would say that my testing so far is inconclusive, because I haven't played with the top two most powerful features, although I'll post back if I find it alters the Youtube page in a desirable way.
